Comedienne, singer and actress, K Brosas took to Instagram to rant about her awful experience in Wensha Spa in Timog. She went in the spa alone even when a lot of people swarmed around.
K, then, checked in alone and asked whether there would be an available therapist. She also wanted to avoid waiting long because she wouldn’t want to stay that long anyway.
K added that she liked the spa treatment in the said chain. She already made it clear to the front desk to tell her immediately whether there would be an available therapist.
“Sensya na ha…pero sobrang bwisit ako at now Lang mag ra rant… Excuse me Lang po sa mga Taga WENSHA TIMOG!!! Magisa ako nagpunta kahit napakaraming tao.. Kc wala akong choice kaya Keri Lang, MAG ISA akong nag “Check in” … sa umpisa pa lang sobrang Tinanong ko na Kung may available na therapist etc.. para Hindi ako mag intay… KC HINDI AKO MAG STAY KUNG MAY WAITING!! maliwanag yon na akala ko naiintindihan nyo, KC NGA MUKHA PO AKONG TANGA MAG ISA!!”
K added the workers said she could go ahead because the therapist will be waiting for her.
However, she got tired of waiting, dressed up and took pictures with people. This led the workers to inform her that her therapist will be available within an hour.
However, K didn’t like the service who didn’t tell her that the said therapist would be available for an hour.
“Again Di ko itutuloy Kung mag iintay ako ng matagal… gusto ko lang Magpa massage kc infer sa INYO!! Sarap ng massage nyo lalo na foot at back kc ilang beses ko ng na try na ok naman ang eksena at masaya ako sa service nyo… PERO…. ANYAREEEEE?? Tinanggap nyo ako bilang client (walang kinalaman showbiz or even mag isa ko!) sinabihan nyo ako na ok na deretcho nako at may available na therapist.. again kahit mag isa ako (now lang nangyari to infer!) .. nung naka Bihis nako at sandamakmak na pics mula Kung kanino man ( Di naman issue yon, pinagbigyan ko naman lahat, sa pagkakakaalam ko) .. sasabihan nyo ako na AFTER 1 HOUR PA AVAILABLE THERAPIST KO???!! Uulitin ko… ANYARE??!!”
K wouldn’t want to stay because according to her, she felt like a fool standing alone. She also stated that they told her that there will be a therapist available so she wouldn’t wait that long. But, she did.
“maliwanag na bago ako pumasok, ang sabi sa front desk, may avail at walang waiting time… kaya nga ako tumuloy kahit mukha akong shunga mag isa eh?! Pero dami pala nakapila??! Anong klaseng service yan?! Wag nyo isipin na “artista” ako… Kc dedma naman! Sana inisip nyo man Lang na MAG ISA PO AKO, at sinabihan nyo ako na Meron AVAILABLE para Di ako mag antay etc…”
K also shared that she paid the right amount but didn’t receive the right service. She didn’t feel like the people who worked in the specific branch didn’t care about their customer’s time.
“NAG BAYAD AKO NG TAMA! walang discount o “face value!!” Umalis ako na bayad kahit wala akong na achieve na services nyo na dapat ALAM NYO KUNG ILAN LANG TAO NYO AT ILAN LANG PWEDE NYONG asikasuhin…. wag kayo mag over booked!!! Post ko to now kc sobrang bwisit ako!! At Karapatan ko to! Hindi nga ako nag tanong man Lang sa “refund” kc sa inyo na yan tutal ANG DAMI NYONG COSTUMERS AT DEDMA KAYO SA ORAS Ng I bang tao! Bwisit!! Sensya na Po pero sobrang BAD TRIP akey talaga lalo na sa ilang beses ko ng napuntahan na lugar!! Saan wag nyong ulitin sa iba!! ako kalmado ako umalis kahit bad trip.. umuwi ng bwisit!! Sensya na, honest lang Po! Ayusin nyo services nyo WENSHA TIMOG! 🙄🙄”
