From teen actresses to femme fatales!
Kapamilya actress Julia Montes will showcase her other side on the upcoming action-drama series “Asintado.” The 22-year old actress revealed that she consulted her friend Kathryn Bernardo on doing fight scenes for her new series.
“Na-eexcite ako every time na nagkwekwento nga s’ya,” Julia shared that Kathryn always shared her experience in doing fight scenes on “La Luna Sangre.”
Sa kanya ako mas nagtatanong ngayon,” she said.
Julia believes that it is the time for the Philippine TV to feature femme fatales in teleseryes. She affirmed that women empowerment deserves to have this kind of platform.
On the other hand, Julia and Kathryn are happy to be a part of this generation of actors that value gender equality.
It’s exciting for us,” she ended.
