- Jacintha Magsaysay stabs Tristan Torralba, nixes prophecy in “La Luna Sangre”
- Is it goodbye for Tristan and Sandrino?
The much awaited night of the blood moon finally happened Tuesday night (Jan 9) in ABS-CBN’s hit action series “La Luna Sangre” and saw Jacintha (Angel Locsin) and Malia (Kathryn Bernardo) desperately protecting Tristan (Daniel Padilla) from his fate and from his brother Sandrino (Richard Gutierrez).
More viewers nationwide tuned in to the episode and hit a national TV rating of 31.7% compared to its rival with only 17.3%, according to data from Kantar Media.
Jacintha gave her all to battle Sandrino but the supreme vampire still managed to quickly get a hold of Tristan and bit him.
This shocked Jacintha and though she was a bit hesitant, she still chose to put an end to the prophecy by stabbing Tristan right through his heart using a knife made of a wolf’s fang. She later on finished her mission by doing the same thing to Sandrino.
The devastated Malia, meanwhile, was left hugging Tristan’s already lifeless body.
How will this change the course of the story? Did Jacintha succeed in ending the prophecy? What happened to Tristan and Sandrino?
