- Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson revealed one condition prior to committing another project with his ex-girlfriend Kim Chiu.
- The 28-year-old actor sees no issue having his teleserye in daytime slot.
In an interview with PEP.ph, Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson expressed his interest in working again with his ex-girlfriend Kim Chiu. The 28-year old actor has no qualms of reuniting with Kim for another project, provided the material must be good.
“Sinabi ko naman, kailangan maganda yung project. Kailangan swak sa amin,” he said.
“Kailangan pag binasa mo talaga [yung story], dapat si Kim yung nakikita ko, o kami yung nakikita ko, kasi sayang, e. Sayang yung pwede naming ibigay sa fans, kung papayag lang kami sa kung ano-anong project.”
Currently, Kim and Gerald are starring on Kapamilya daytime teleserye ‘Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin’ alongside Coleen Garcia and Jake Cuenca. After airing for almost nine months, the show is set to have its finale on January 26, 2018.
Meanwhile, Gerald was asked which timeslot does he prefer.
“If you will ask me nine months ago, siyempre sasabihin ko primetime,” he confessed.
However, Gerald clarified that he sees no issue on the time slot.
“Pero iba kasi, e, iba na, e. Kahit saan ako pumunta. Sabi ko nga kahit sa abroad ako, they know, alam nila ang tungkol sa show, pinapanood nila. Ang sa akin, more than yung timeslot, siguro kailangan maganda yung proyekto,” he added.
