ABS-CBN’s latest afternoon drama “Asintado” received split verdict based on the two TV ratings survey agency.
The Julia Montes starrer teleserye’s pilot received a different fate from the 2 survey rating company.
Premiered last Monday, January 15, “Asintado” registered a rating of 5.0% on AGB Nielsen NUTAM People survey, 1.2% lower than Kapuso rival “Impostora” which scored 6.2%.
While Kapuso won in AGB Nielsen, “Asintado” managed to pull off a win in Kantar’s number. “Asintado” posted a rating of 17.7% in Kantar Media, 4.0% higher than “Impostora’s” 13.7%.
“Asintado” tells the story of a girl who separated with her sister and ended up being rival with each other. Apart from Montes, Asintado stars Aljur Abrenica, Paolo Avelino, Agot Isidro, Cherry Pie Picache, Nonie Buencamino, Lito Pimental and many more.
“Asintado” is Julia Montes’ comeback teleserye after the successful “Dobre Kara”. It took the timeslot vacated by Pusong Ligaw which had its finale episode last Friday, January 12.
