Angelica Panganiban wins the Best Actress in the 65th FAMAS Awards held on December 28, Thursday. She won for her portrayal in “The Unmarried Wife” as Anne Victorio.
“The Unmarried Wife” had its release in November 2016 which also starred Dingdong Dantes and Paulo Avelino. Angelica also currently went on a vacation in Japan so she didn’t personally receive her trophy.
However, on her Instagram post last December 29, Friday, she thanked the people who continue to support her. The caption also read:
“Maraming salamat FAMAS ❤️ thank you star cinema! Maraming maraming salamat sa tiwala at paniniwala sa akin. Para ‘to sa lahat ng nasaktan, pero kinayang bumangon at lumaban ❤️ happy new year indeed ❤️ #theunmarriedwife”
