- The group just released their second comeback single entitled “Pasensya Na” through a music video shot in Taiwan
Tagged as the Philippine version of the iconic group “F4,” boy band 1:43 has returned to the local music scene and debuts new faces yet familiar voices. Four charming young performers, namely, Art Artienda, Ced Miranda, Jason Allen Estroso, and Wayne Avellano, gather to form a much better and fiercer group.
These boys’ fans are now in a for a treat as they have recently launched their music video for their second comeback hit “Pasensya Na.” Their release is supported and presented by McJim Class Leather. The MV was shot in picturesque places in Taiwan last year.
“If they love the song, they will surely get hooked on this visual and auditory treat of a video that we have prepared for them. ‘Pasensya Na’ is something that almost everyone can relate to as most of us at one point in our lives have been martyrs of love and slaves to our emotions,” said 1:43 founder and manager Chris Cahilig.
Since hugots had become mainstream among Filipinos, 1:43 believes that their latest song will cater to that market.
The four guys are just excited for what’s in store for them in the future. Their promising talents just go to show that they’re ready to take on much bigger projects.
Wayne Avellano was formerly a med-tech in Winnipeg, Canada until he decided to pursue his passion for music and performing here in the Philippines.
Art was discovered by Chris through a sari-sari store encounter. Since then, he had been offered numerous exposure in short films and now as one of the members of the emerging boy band 1:43.
Before 1:43, Jason Estroso was part of a group called “Boys Boys Boys.”
And lastly, Ced Miranda worked in the past as a hotelier.
All together, these guys are to capture the hearts of Filipinos nationwide through their charismatic aura and quality music. 1:43 is co-managed by Chris Cahilig and Mario Colmenares of Primetime Events and Talent Management.
