The actor-turned-politician expressed his gratitude to Piolo Pascual support on his political career.
Manila Congressman Yul Servo downplayed the malicious rumors with Kapamilya hunk actor Piolo Pascual. The actor-turned-politician revealed that he never got affected by the romantic relationship rumors between them.
“Hindi na, okay na sa akin. Wala na, wala na sa akin. Kahit noon pa, hindi naman siya affected. Ako pa nga ang medyo naaapektuhan dati. Pero sa kanya, wala talaga,” Yul explained to the press during the Thanksgiving Party of Production 56, headed by award-winning director Maryo J. de los Reyes.
Yul jokingly said that he is praying for Piolo to find the right girl for her. However, as of now his close friend remained single by choice.
“Pero wala pa raw siyang maano, e…wala pa yung right girl. Pero okay din naman na single, walang asawa, walang responsibilidad. Marami lang chicks,” he humorously commented.
Furthermore, Yul expressed his gratitude for Piolo’s continuous support on his political career. He also shared how the 40-year old actor helped his constituents in Manila.
“Malaking bagay din po, hindi naman kaya ng gobyerno, biro mo nagbigay siya ng 5,000 na goods,” he stated.
“Sinuportahan niya ako nu’ng unang takbo ko, nu’ng 2007, as konsehal. Tapos, the rest, hindi na ako humingi ng tulong. Tapos, itong unang term ko, humingi ulit ako ng tulong sa kanya, as congressman na,” he added.
