Yasmien Kurdi will star in afternoon prime of GMA Network titled, “Hindi Ko Kayang Iwan Ka.” She will play an H.I.V positive woman and was partnered up with Mike Tan.
According to Yasmien, she was happy that Mike will be her leading man. She shared they know each other well ever since StarStruck, however, this will be the first time he will portray her love interest.
Filming for the said advocaseries already started. Reports suggest that it will air in early 2018. Although, it’s still not certain which of the three top-rating afternoon prime of the network it will replace.
For more than a year, “Ika-6 Na Utos,” “Impostora” and “Haplos” were consistent top-raters in GMA Network. When she was asked if she feels any pressure replacing the said shows, she answered:
“Okay lang po ‘yan. Basta mag-pray lang po tayo and think positive.”
It also seems like Yasmien will continue her seamless track record of being a top-rate artist in GMA-7. She also admitted that she is nervous but she just wants to trust God if ever she needed help.
She also uttered, “We really make it a point na ibigay ‘yung best sa series namin. Pinagpupuyatan namin siyang talaga. Pinapaganda. At sana, magustuhan ng mga tao at may matutunan silang aral sa ginagawa naming adbokaserye.”
