- Kapuso newbie actor Lharby Policarpio is still waiting for his biggest break in showbiz.
- The 23-year old actor feels flattered on his inclusion to MMFF 2017 entry “Meant To Beh.”
After almost three years in showbiz, Kapuso newbie actor Lharby Policarpio said that he still waiting for the biggest break in his showbiz career. He started when he joined the reality-search “To The Top” and afterward he starred on various GMA Network shows.
“Well, I think yes, matagal ang process. Ako siguro, as much as binibigyan ako ng time, kahit wala pang project, at least wala pang big project, nagiging training ground ko yung paghihintay ko kung kailan nila ako bibigyan ng break or something,” he told PEP.ph.
“Kasi nagiging inspiration ko yung maraming artista, e, kung kailan sila nabigyan ng chance na sumikat kasi siyempre lahat naman kami, lahat naman kami hindi lang naman ganito ang gusto, they want something more pa na matuto sila,” he added.
On the other hand, Lharby talked about his inclusion to the MMFF 2017 entry “Meant To Beh” starring Vic Sotto and Dawn Zulueta.
“Sobrang nakaka-flatter kasi ayun nga, I used to watch Bossing Vic’s films. Parang to be part of this kind of film tapos entry pa siya ng MMFF and sobrang nakaka-overwhelm kasi naging part ako ng pelikula and achievement yun for me,” he said.
Lharby portrayed the school crush of Sue Ramirez’ character in the movie.
