Model-turned-actor Kirst Viray finally broke his silence over the long standing romantic linkage to Kiray Celis.

The “La Luna Sangre” actor clarified the issue of using Kiray for fame.
“La Luna Sangre” actor Kirst Viray explained the real score with comedienne Kiray Celis. The model-turned-actor said that they are just naturally sweet to each other as close friends.
“Actually, sinagot na namin noong naglaro kami ng ‘Minute To Win It’, na we’re friends talaga. ‘Yung closeness naming dalawa, sobrang ganun talaga,” Kirst told PEP.ph.
However, Kirst admitted that they may have sent out mixed signals, causing some people to misinterpret things.
“Paano ba? We’re honest naman, ‘yung sweetness namin, hindi talaga sinadya. Never naming pinagplanuhan ‘yung mga ganun. Si Kiray kasi, sobrang malambing talaga siya. So ako, hindi ko naman siya inisip na parang may something kaya sobrang close talaga namin. Nag-a-out-of-town kami, ganun pa rin,” he said.
Furthermore, Kirst denied that he used Kiray for fame and influence in showbiz to make a name for himself. He also made it clear he felt no romantic involvement with Kiray, and vice versa.
“Same lang kami, equal lang. At hindi siya na-in love,” he ended.
