James Reid recently reacted on the nomination for the Best Solo Star in SBS PopAsia Awards 2017. Together with Pop Princess, Sarah Geronimo. On VIVA TV’s Anong Ganap segment uploaded on YouTube, James recounted that he was really happy for the acknowledgment.
James shared his feelings of happiness and said:
“I saw the nominees and I saw G-Dragon and Dean and I’m just really happy to be in the same category as two of my idols. I’m just surely happy to be part of it, and Sarah’s part of it, too.”
The nominations for Best Solo Star in SBS PopAsia Awards 2017 are:
Agnez Mo, Ailee, Dean and G-Dragon. Including Heize, IU, and James Reid. Also, K.Will, Kris Wu and Lee Gikwang. Together with Loco, Luhan, Minzy and Namie Amuro. Then, Peck Palit, PSY and Sarah Geronimo. Lastly, Son Tung M-TP, Taemin and Taeyeon.
James and Sarah will also be part of the leading cast of an upcoming local adaptation of a 2014 Korean film, Miss Granny. It will be about a 70-year-old-woman trapped inside her 20-year-old self.
