- Rumors suggested that Isabelle Duterte will pursue a showbiz career.
- Lolit Solis speculated the said issue in her column, “Take it, take it.”
- Isabelle recently went under fire when she had a pre-debut photo shoot in Malacañang.
Rumors suggest that Isabelle Duterte, granddaughter of President Rodrigo Duterte, plans to have a career in showbiz. Reports also indicate that she already signed a contract with Viva Artists Agency.
If Isabelle did want to get into showbiz, Viva Films will include her in one of their projects in 2018.
In Lolit Solis’ column in Pilipino Star Ngayon titled, “Take it, take it,” she speculates that Annabelle Rama will help Isabelle achieve her showbiz dreams.
“Ang pagkakaalam ko, tinutulungan din siya ni Annabelle Rama para matupad ang dream niya na maging artista.”
Isabelle recently went under fire when she had a pre-debut photo shoot inside Malacañang. The issue consists of violating the Executive Order No. 310 s. 2004 which was prescribing the design and use of the coat-of-arms, seal, and flag of the president and vice president of the Philippines, and for other purposes.
Furthermore, these symbols exclusively meant for the use of the President and Vice President of the Philippines and no other officials. Which means, Isabelle can’t use the said symbol in any of her pre-debut photos.
Although, President Duterte himself defended his own granddaughter. He said:
“Ano ba naman ‘yan? Kadugo ko ‘yan eh. Small matter, gamitin lang ‘yung Malacañang. Wala naman ako doon.”
However, netizens quickly countered that Isabelle, a self-proclaimed populist, who usually seeks to represent the interests of ordinary people, flaunted her extravagant lifestyle.
