Gardo Versoza is indeed a beautiful soul!
The Kapuso veteran actor led a fundraising event for a sick kid named Troy Terrence Legaspi who has cervical meningocele. The 11-month old kid successfully went an operation with the help of Gardo’s Cupcake Bikers group.
According to humpath.com, “Cervical meningoceles are tethering lesions of the spinal cord that may cause biomechanical injury with repetitive flexion-extension movements of the head and spine. It is therefore advisable to remove these lesions neurosurgically as soon as the diagnosis is made.”
Gardo invited everyone to help the kid suffering from the rare disease in the recent last leg of the charity cause.
#cupcakebikers143,” he wrote on his Instagram post.
As of now the Cupcake Bikers 143 already has 6, 000 bikers nationwide. On the other hand, aside from his bikers charity group, Gardo is also helping less fortunate kids in their studies through scholarships.
