The “Kita Kita” actor set to star in a movie with Zanjoe Marudo.
No more Empoy-Ellen movie.
With the controversy involving the Kapamilya sexy actress Ellen Adarna, it seems that the movie starring her and “New Pogi” Empoy Marquez will not push through. However, it was announced that Empoy will star in a new film alongside Zanjoe Marudo under Star Cinema.
The unnamed movie will be directed by Victor Villanueva, who helmed the critically-acclaimed indie comedy film, “Patay Na Si Hesus.”
The 36-year-old comedian is now considered as the biggest star of 2017 for the box-office movie, “Kita Kita.”
Meanwhile, Empoy will also make his TV comeback via upcoming Kapamilya teleserye, “To Love Somebody.” The show also features Piolo Pascual, Arci Muñoz, JC De Vera and Alessandra de Rossi.
Indeed, 2018 will be a big year for the newest leading man!
