Box-office director Bb. Joyce Bernal confirms the supposed cameo role of ‘Queen Of All Media” Kris Aquino in MMFF 2017 entry “Gandarrapiddo! The Revenger Squad.”

The 49-year old director revealed possible sequel of the Vice-Daniel-Pia movie.
After ‘Queen Of All Media’ Kris Aquino revealed that she was offered for a cameo role in MMFF 2017 entry “Gandarrapiddo! The Revenger Squad,” Direk Joyce Bernal talked her supposed kontrabida role. In an interview with PUSH.com, the 49-year old explained what should have been Kris’s character.
’Yung pinaka-main kontrabida namin talaga, ‘yung si Milo or Mila, ‘yung gano’n, siya talaga ‘yung peg namin, si Kris para hindi siya masyadong talagang sobrang nakakatakot, gano’n. ‘Yung fun pa rin ‘yung pagiging kontrabida. Hindi ‘yung talagang brasohan at ano, may blood or something. ‘Yun ‘yung first option namin talaga for her. Kaso ‘yun nga,” she said.
Direk Joyce said that Kris’ role would be different from other kontrabida characters.
“Pero sayang kasi sabi ko, ibang klaseng kontrabida sana ‘yung gagawin namin for her pero it’s okay,” she added.
Meanwhile, Direk Joyce was also asked if the movie will have a sequel in the future.
“Meron kasi superhero po ‘yung pelikula so meron. At it was conceptualized na gano’n na parang just in case ano, pwedeng magkaroon ng ‘Kweenie’ (Pia Wurtzbach’s character) na superhero… or si Daniel lang, si Vice (Ganda) at saka ‘yung mga minions. Pwede silang magkaroon. It was conceptualized ng gano’n,” she said.
Furthermore, the box-office director also confirmed that Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo has a cameo role in the said film.
