The 52-year old Virgilio Doctor, the taxi driver who went viral via his video showing him being cursed, embarrassed and slapped by an angry woman driver; proceeded to submit his legal complaint at the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) today, December 18.
Virgilio also explained his side what really happened during the incident.
“Nagso-sorry na ako dahil talagang ayaw ko ng gulo. Nagpakumbaba na lang ako. Sabi ko, ‘sorry po. Di po sinasadya, ‘yung pangyayari. Sorry po,” he said.
The cab driver also shared that his ear was hit by the lady driver named Cherish Sharmaine Interior.
“Kaya ako lumabas ng awto, akala ko maha-heart attack ako. Buti na lang hindi natuloy,” he shared.
Meanwhile, the taxi passenger named Luzel Pasaylo also aired her side during the humiliating scene. According to her, Interior immediately expressed her rage toward the taxi driver.
“‘Yung babae, pini-‘P.I.’ po siya. ‘G**o,’ sabi niya sa matanda. Sabi niya pa, kina-cut mo ‘ko e. Kitang-kita kita sa dash cam kina-cut mo ‘ko, kanina ka pa e. Di mo ba alam kasama ko ‘yung dalawa kong anak,'” she said.
“Nakiusap po ako sa husband, kunin mo na lang ‘yung plate number, magpapahatid na lang po muna ako. Tapos usap na lang kayo sa tamang lugar. ‘Hindi po,’ sabi ng lalaki sa ‘kin. ‘Pare-pareho po tayong maabala dito, ayaw ng asawa ko,” she added.

However, Pasaylo revealed that she already left the taxi when the slapping incident occurred.
