“We would like clarify that ‘Ang Larawan’ is still showing in cinemas nationwide. While it is true that our movie lost some cinemas, it has played to full-house theaters in other areas. Some of the cinemas that we lost are now slowly bringing us back. All thanks to people who continue to clamor for our film. Your words of encouragement and positive reviews have helped drive more audiences to the cinemas. We are overwhelmed by your love and we continue to hope that more Filipinos will get a chance to watch ‘Ang Larawan.’ Still, we persist and continue Candida and Paula’s fight.”
