Sunshine Cruz, actress and singer, went on a vacation with her family in Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas. Marjorie Mojica, a security guard in the said hotel, took it to Facebook to post about her complaint against the Wildflower actress.
The said post was screen captioned by the actress and re-posted it on Facebook with her response and complaint against the hotel security guard.
“This is unprofessional Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa. My family went there to enjoy and relax. Nagbibigay po ako kapag may nagpapa-picture sakin. Empleyado nyo pa naman ito. Train your employees to respect your guests please. Marjorie Mojica, please learn to respect the privacy of your guests and don’t bash us on social media. Maiintindihan ko pa na inabot ng 2 oras ang pagbigay nyo ng ice at tubig sa amin, ang hindi pagdating ng mga pillows at kumot ng mga bata, ang mga hilaw na pagkain nyo pero sana po ay marunong rumespeto ng kapwa ang inyong empleyado.”
Marjorie Mojica’s posts included her saying, “Check in Sunshine cruz at cove hotel… Wala p tym magpapict dami guest.”
The second post included, “Suplada c sunshine… Kalbo naman kasama.”
Cruz also replied to her post saying, “Hello there. Alam mo bang whatever you say against your guests ay magiging masama at kasiraan din ng Canyon Cove? If you did not ask na magpa letrato na siguado pong aking pagbibigyan wag naman po kayong ganyan. Hindi ako suplada lalong hindi ako loka pero kilala akong pinaglaban ang tama at fair. Mapagbigay po akong tao. Nagpunta kami ng pamilya ko para mag enjoy, magpahinga at kung may magpa letrato pinagbibigyan ko. Calling Canyon Cove to clear this up with the management Ms. Marjorie Mojica. What you did is WRONG at sana ay alam mo ito. – Sunshine Cruz.”
Canyon Cove released their official statement, apologizing on behalf of the employee saying, “The management of Canyon Cove Hotel & Spa values the privacy of all our guests. We sincerely apologize for the unprofessional behavior of our security guard and delayed service. Please be rest assured that this is an isolated incident and we will not tolerate such acts from any of our staff. The entire security team have all been taken to tasked. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies.”
