Rocco Nacino started his afternoon supernatural drama, “Haplos,” with Sanya Lopez, Thea Tolentino and Pancho Magno. Haplos is extended until 2018 due to high ratings.
Haplos tell a story about Angela, played by Sanya, who has an extraordinary power to treat others with just a simple caress. This power was inherited from her grandmother, Celia Rodriguez as Biring, the most powerful healer of her time.
Rocco is also nominated in the Philippine Movie Press Club or PMPC Star Awards for TV 2017 in the Best Single Performance by an Actor category for the Magpakailanman episode, “Losing Jeffrey, Finding Jason.”

Rocco is also the co-owner of Backyard Kitchen + Brew in Uptown Mall, and BGC in Taguig City. He describedBackyard Kitchen + Brew as “the extension of your home’s backyard, made more awesome.”
The restaurant-and-bar is well-known for its comfort food and beer pairings. Rocco also showcased his newly acquired bartending skills. He also sees a similarity between acting and bartending saying, “For me, with what you create, you show them a piece of yourself and that brings about different results with different people.”
