Ken is also training with emphasis on his abdominal muscles to avoid getting a ‘fat memo’ from GMA 7.
Ken Chan attended seven block screenings for his film with Barbie Forteza, “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter.”
He actually said that usually when you watch a movie for the seventh time, you will probably get tired of it. But when it comes to “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter” he said otherwise.
Although, Ken revealed that the only thing he didn’t like about the movie was the swimming scenes where he was topless.
He laughingly said, “Magpapa-abs ako.
A ‘fat memo’ is the network’s subtle way of asking their talents to take a break, hit the gym and regain his best physique. According to Ken, he will agree to walk the Bench runway wearing underwear once he achieve the best bod.
It was recalled that a fat memo was given to Geoff Eigenmann when he was shooting ‘Forever’ with Heart Evangelista. GMA 7 asked him to take a break and gain his best physique.
