Former actor, Hero Angeles, who rose to fame via the reality show “Star Circle Quest 2004,” admitted he had regrets leaving showbiz before. On his interview on “Magandang Buhay,” he talked about what he learned on his showbiz hiatus.
“Meron din naman. After na ‘nun, sabi ko, ‘ano kayang nangyari? Ba’t nangyari ‘yung mga bagay na ‘yun?’ Then later on ko lang siya narealize na siguro, kaya nangyari ‘yung mga bagay na ‘yun, para mas pahalagahan mo ‘yung trabaho mo. Pahalagahan mo ‘yung mga taong sumuporta sa’yo simula pa lang,” he said.
According to him, he learned how to value his work and craft after his showbiz hiatus.
“Kasi ‘yun ‘yung magbi-build sa’yo. ‘Yun ‘yung bubuo sa pagkatao mo. Kung ano ako ngayon, kung ano ako dati, lahat ‘yun naging instrument kung pa’no ako nakilala ng tao,” he said.
Currently, Hero is getting ready for his role in the upcoming Kapamilya teleserye “Love Will Lead You Back,” starring Jericho Rosales, Sam Milby, Yam Concepcion and Yen Santos.
