Pambansang Bae, Alden Richards, walked out of Broadway studio while Eat Bulaga was ongoing last November 27, Monday. A lot has speculated that Alden was in a bad mood after the Maine Mendoza and Jake Ejercito fiasco.
However, Ruby Rodriguez, another host of Eat Bulaga, confirmed that he had food poisoning.
After appearing in “Eat Bulaga,” Ruby tweeted:
“For everyone asking bakit biglang nagpaalam si @aldenrichards02 kanina sa trip he was na food poison and had to go for check up. Pasensya po tao lang di kinaya ang sakit ng tyan.”
Alden was able to open for the noontime show but couldn’t finish it anymore. He was rushed to the hospital because of continuous vomiting. The food poisoning may be a cause of something he ate last November 26, Sunday.
Daddy Bae, Richard Faulkerson, tweeted:
“Sa lahat po ng nagtatanong…okay naman po si Alden. Maraming salamat po.”
He also tweeted a photo of him and Baeby Baste of Eat Bulaga in what looked like a hospital room:
“Gwapoha uy!”
Then, he tweeted once again saying, “Going home…Thank you. Salamat din po sa mga dasal ninyo.”
A lot of netizens expressed their hopes on Alden’s speedy recovery on social media.
