Former TV5 star Akihiro Blanco explained his reason on why he had to backed out on two Kapamilya shows, “La Luna Sangre” and “The Good Son.” The 22-year old actor felt sad on loosing his role for the Kapamilya teleseryes.
“Ako, nalungkot din ako kasi siyempre ABS na yun, e. La Luna and Good Son, so malaking exposure din po kasi yun,” he said on his interview with PEP.ph.
“Kaso sa akin po, may mga priorities din po ako na kailangan i-ano tulad dito sa Regal, naka-contract po kasi ako dito so talagang delikado.
“Naka-contract ako for films so delikado ‘pag di ko sinipot yung movie na shinoot namin. E, nagkasabay-sabay po kaya hindi ko na na-continue yung La Luna at saka sa Good Son,” he explained.
Akihiro is included in the Regal Film’s “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter” starring Barbie Forteza and Ken Chan.
Aside from “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter,” Akihiro is also part of the upcoming films titled “Immaculada,” “Timog Love Story,” and “Sikreto sa Dilim.”
Akihiro also expressed his interest to be back on television after his four films. He also shared that he wants to work with GMA Network.
“Siguro ta-try ko naman po mag-TV kung sakaling matapos na yung four movies na yun,” he said.
“Whichever. Pero sa ngayon, ang dream network ko, 7. Kasi nakatrabaho ko pa lang sila, e!” he stated.
However, he clarified that he is also happy if he will be given another show in ABS-CBN.
“Why not, kahit ano basta may work, blessing naman po ‘yan,” he ended.
