Former TV5 talent Sophie Albert is now officially a Kapuso. The 27-year old actress signed up an exclusive contact with GMA Network. Talent manager Manny Valera, Senior Assistant Vice-President for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara, and Assistant Vice-President for Talent Imaging and Marketing Simoun Ferrer were present in the contract signing.

Sophie was last seen on an episode of ABS-CBN crime drama anthology, “Ipaglaban Mo”. However, she did not become visible in any project with the Kapamilya network.
Sophie Albert was discovered in TV5 reality show, “Artista Academy.” She and her then love team Vin Abrenica had emerged as the grand winner of the show.
