Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and blogger turned Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson face each other during the Senate hearing on fake news.
Sen. Trillanes said wasn’t planning to attend the hearing on fake news by the Senate Committee on Public Information and Mass Media on Wednesday, but he changed his mind on hearing that Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson “missed” him.
“Wala na talaga akong balak umattend kaso na-miss ako ni Ms Mocha,” Trillanes said.
Uson responded, “Guwapo po pala kayo sa personal. ‘Di po ‘yan fake news.”
On her Facebook Page with more than five million followers, Mocha explained her photo with the senator. She said, “Bakit po ako nagpa-pic kay Sen Trillanes? Lumambot daw po ako?
Una sa lahat po hindi po tayo lumambot. Ipinapakita lang po natin kay Sen Trillanes na ang pag criticize ko po sa kanya ay hindi personal ngunit patungkol sa kanyang ginagawa. Sa madaling salita walang personalan trabaho lang po.
Kaya po natin harapin ang kahit sinong tao dahil wala po tayong tinatago.”
