Mocha Uson posted latest tirade against Karen Davila on her Facebook page.
Presidential Communications Operations Office Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson blasted Kapamilya journalist Karen Davila anew.
In a Facebook video, Mocha Uson hits broadcaster Karen Davila for allegedly zeroing in on bloggers like her. Uson said she’s reacting to Karen Davila’s interview with Atty. Trixie Cruz -Angeles and veteran journalist Ellen Tordesillas on Headstart.
Mocha asked Karen why it seemed she’s very fixated on her with regards to her tirades against traditional media or what she called “mainstream media”
“Ma’am bakit ba galit na galit kayo saken, at sinabi mo pa na bakit ko binabanatan ang mga journalist at mga media personalities”, she said.
Uson also pointed out Davila’s “repeated” claims that she’s proliferating fake news. She said why is Davila insisting on naming her as the source of fake news but failed to cite any fake news item coming from her.
“Paulit-ulit nyo pong binabanggit na ako’y nagpapakalat ng fake news. Pero nung tinanong ka ni Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles kung ano ang mga fakes news na yun na pinapakalat ko diumano ay ibinaling mo ang tanong sa katabi mo”, she added.
But on her Twitter, Karen silently answered Mocha’s tirade by tweeting Inquirer’ preens article on the list of Mocha’s fake news.
Davila, during the Senate hearing on fake news also took to Twitter to air opposition and disgust over fakes news especially those coming from government officials.
Meanwhile, this was not the first time that Mocha calls out Karen Davila.
Last August, Uson also called out Davila on her Facebook page after the broadcaster shared her opinion regading Kian delos Santos case.
