Miss World 2013 Megan Young and Kapuso actor-vlogger Mikael Daez were extra sweet during the recently concluded 2017 Star Magic ball. The couple graced the event with their matching black outfit.
Megan went to the Makati Shangri-La Hotel alone and did not expect any date at the ball. Mikael went to his girlfriend’s hotel room and surprised her. In Mikael’s latest vlog, Crashed A Ball, Saved The Queen, the actor documented how he made his surprise for his girlfriend.
The 29-year old actor went to Francis Libiran to fetch his suit that was made last minute. He then got ready in his lola‘s house where he revealed his big surprise.
“It is the Star Magic Ball and she (Megan) invited me. I thought I had work but I just found out yesterday (the day before the ball)—at the very last minute—that I didn’t have work,” he said.
“I am going to surprise her. I don’t know how, but like our travels, I am going to wing it,” Mikael said on the way to the venue of the Star Magic Ball.
It can be later seen in the video that Megan was really surprised and shocked when he saw Mikael on her hotel room.
“I have a date, I have a date!” the 27-year old beauty queen-actress sings.
The couple left the ball early and went to their own after party inside their hotel room.
“There’s a party downstairs but we have our own party going on here,” Mikael ended his blog.
