Before flying to Japan, Bb. Pilipinas-International 2017 Mariel de Leon took Instagram to thanked Coco Martin for giving her an acting opportunity.
The 23-year old beauty queen will be the leading lady of the Kapamilya actor in the MMFF 2017 entry, “Ang Panday.”
On her Instagram post, Mariel shared how her working experience with Coco and the entire movie staff and crew made her out on her comfort zone.
“Thank you so much @mr.cocomartin for this huge opportunity! Thank you for believing in me and for always being so kind. I used to say I didn’t want to act (because I was intimidated by it) but after working with you + the ‘Ang Panday’ family, you pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me discover a new interest.
