Jennylyn Mercado’s first movie under Star Cinema last year has just gave her the Most Influential Film Actress of the Year award from the recently concluded 7th EdukCircle Awards.
Jennylyn shared the good news to her Instagram account. She said, “Thank you @edukcircle Edukcircle for encouraging people in media like me to do our work with quality passing the standards of the academe. Maraming salamat po for the recognition.

In “Just The 3 Of Us,” Jennylyn plays Aqui, an airline stewardess who has had a long-time crush on Uno (John Lloyd Cruz), a pilot. Deeply infatuated and obsessed, she stalks Uno wherever he goes.
It was her third romantic-comedy movie and according to Jennylyn, she gave her all during the filming of this dream project of hers.
