“This Time I’ll Be Sweeter” actress expressed admiration to Nadine Lustre for being strong despite losing her brother.
On the latest interview of PEP.ph with Kapuso Primetime Princess Barbie Forteza during the press conference for her upcoming movie with Ken Chan, “This Time I’ll Be Sweeter”, the 20-year old actress reacted to the increasing suicide cases among teenagers caused by depression.
The Kapuso actress also encouraged people who are suffering from depression to stay strong and do not consider suicide as an answer.
“Hindi naman yun ang only way para makaalis sila sa depression. Hindi naman death agad, hindi naman suicide. Marami namang iba.
On the other hand, Barbie also expressed her admiration to Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre for being strong despite brother’s death due to suicide.
“Bilib ako kay Nadine kasi, despite of what happened, malakas pa rin siya,” she stated.
“Sobrang sensitive man ng issues sa kanya ngayon, professional pa rin siya sa trabaho niya at hindi niya masyadong hinahayaang manghimasok yung mga tao sa personal matter ng buhay niya, na mahirap yun for a celebrity,” she added.
