First thing’s first, the Qihoo 360 Smart Camera does not shoot in 360 but is a WiFi camera that you can use to monitor your house.
Inside the box is the camera, 3 meter USB cable, the powerbrick and the user manual. Pairing it is very simple, and all you need to do is to download the app and follow the on screen instructions. It pairs the camera thru sound so all you need to do is to place the your phone near the camera and when it hears the sound it will automatically pair and connect to your WiFi network.
The camera has a wide angle lens and shoots in 720P or 1080P depending on the version you get, it even shoots in the dark by using infrared to light up the area. The camera also have a card slot and you can insert a memory card of up to 32GB and though you’ll need to buy one separately to be able to access the recordings.
It also has a speaker module so that you’d be able to speak if you see an intruder or someone you know. Over time the camera detects the faces of your family members and makes it smarter.

The app has a simple interface and easy to work with the app can notify you if something is happening when you leave the house and you can replay the whole day, take screenshots, and even record video straight to your phone if you want to.
The 360 Smart Camera is a great buy if you want to watch your pets or your small business, and will work well as long as you have a high speed internet. They also have 2 versions one that shoots in 720P and another in 1080P which is 2500 and 3500 pesos respectively. Sadly it can only be monitored thru your phone and you’ll need to shell out a few more bucks for the Micro SD card.
