How hard is it to be an actress, singer, host, fitness coach, and a mother of 2 all at the same time? Well, it’s tough! You could ask this year’s R U Tough Enough? ambassador, Aubrey Miles. Aubrey has been juggling her time with all of these activities and responsibilities for quite a while now. But how does she do it? By being tough, that is!
According to Aubrey, toughness is about believing in yourself, even if others say that you can’t do it. Without being tough, Aubrey couldn’t have possibly accomplished everything that she has done up to this date. From fitness to everything in life, she has applied her toughness to get through every obstacle she has ever faced.
Everyone knows that success doesn’t come overnight. It was no different for Aubrey; it was a roller coaster ride to get to where she is today. She believes that it’s the way she faced her struggles that molded her. If it were not for her hardships and struggles, she wouldn’t know where she is today. She has always stood by the fact that toughness comes from how a person stands up even when he or she is being pulled down. It’s all about resilience and how she never gave up on any challenge she faced.
Aubrey has always been passionate about fitness. She started her fitness journey when she was 13, before she started showbiz and it continued on until this day.
Aubrey sees going to the gym as her stress reliever. Her bad days motivate her to get up and go to the gym. So the more bad days she has, the more she looks forward to working out. It was always go hard or go home for her!
When she was asked to be the ambassador for the 3rd edition of R U Tough Enough?, she didn’t hesitate to yes immediately. The fact that she’s finally being recognized for something she is passionate about really excites her. She’s very thankful that KIX gave her this opportunity to be able to motivate Filipinas to embrace being strong before being sexy. She is also honored to lead the female finalists of this competition who can possibly beat the men!
So R U with #TeamAubrey? We are down to our last 10 finalists of the R U Tough Enough? Will the guys win? Or will the ladies finally prevail? Support your team and find out soon!
Head over to the Music Hall of SM MOA on October 20 to witness the final showdown. It’s a Man vs. Woman battle so find out whether #TeamArnold or #TeamAubrey will rule in this year’s competition.
