Model-actress Deniece Cornejo’s third attempt to file a rape case against “It’s Showtime” host Vhong Navarro failed again for the third time in court

Department of Justice trashed the affidavit of complaint made by Deniece last July
It seems like the chance of putting TV host/actor Vhong Navarro behind bars remains hard for model-actress Deniece Cornejo, who claimed to be sexually abused on the night of January 17 and 22 in her condominium unit last 2014.
After her third affidavit of complaint appealed to the court, Deniece still failed to put together concrete evidences that prove her being raped by the TV personality.
According to her latest statement published last July, she was drugged and received complications in her private part due to the incident.
The Department of Justice conducted a review of resolution on the first week of September and concluded that Deniece’s stories were not credible. There’s still no probable cause to arrest Vhong based on her remarks.
The resolution read, “[Cornejo’s] story about the incident on January 17, 2014 changed from no rape (or anything amorous for that matter) happening (first complaint-affidavit), to rape being committed by force (second complaint affidavit), and finally to rape being committed rendering her dizzy and weak due to a date rape drug-laced wine (third complaint-affidavit).”
“On the other hand, complainant’s story about the incident on January 22, 2014 started from rape being committed by force (first complaint-affidavit), to absolutely having no mention about any incident (second complaint-affidavit), until the events morphed into a mere attempt to rape her (second complaint-affidavit).”
The DOJ also gave emphasis on Deniece’s incoherent statements, which lead them to realize that, “the events or details are still fresh in the narrator’s mind, while the passage of time will make a person forget details.”
