Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte became furious over “bayarang media” for their accusations involving him on smuggling issues

Paolo dropped the names of leading TV stations ABS-CBN and GMA Network for their “bias” reporting
Davao City’s Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte launched an angry tirade against the media for being ‘biased’ and claims that they only report for the money and not the truth.
In a video posted by Presidential Tracker 24/7, President Rodrigo Duterte’s eldest son called out the “false” reports of the media about his appearance in the Senate hearing.
Paolo was recently involved in a smuggling controversy with the Bureau of Customs (BOC,) where he was also accused by Senator Antonio Trillanes III to be a part of a Chinese crime syndicate. He explained that he was invited to come and not “subpoenaed” or summoned.
The Vice Mayor directly addressed ABS-CBN and GMA News in his furious speech for submitting to propaganda against him.
“You already crucified me! And by the way, mind you, I was not subpoenaed by the Senate, I was requested to appear.”
Mocha Uson reposted his rant video on her Facebook page, supporting the vice mayor’s ideology versus the media.
“Hanggang ngayon po ang dami pa ding naloloko ng mga MEDIA. Hindi po natin maitatanggi na noon pa lamang ay ang bayan natin ay pinapatakbo ng mapanlinlang Media,” the blogger captioned on the reposted video.
Uson also defended bloggers on her lengthy caption, saying that the media accuses bloggers of spreading fake news to protect their “corrupted” credibility.
“Dito sila nagkamali- HINDI NA TANGA ANG TAUMBAYAN. Marunong na tayong timbangin ang tama at mali,” she wrote.
