‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan’ Grand Winner, Noven Belleza dismissed rumors about out-of-court settlement with the Cebu local singer who filed sexual assault case against him. He still expressed his firm stand about the situation.
Noven was arrested last July 16, 2017 for rape case after his guesting in Vice Ganda’s concert, ‘Pusuan Mo si Vice Ganda Sa Cebu.’
However , Cebu City Regional Trial Court decided to lower the rape case to sexual assault case that was files against the 22-year old singer.
The sexual assault case was dismissed last August 31 after the complainant withdrew her decision.
