27-year-old promising actor of TV5, Martin Escudero, showed hints of a possible GMA Network comeback

Martin recently made appearances on some Kapuso programs such as “Mars” and “Pepito Manaloto”
Will there be a reunion between GMA Network and TV5 actor Martin Escudero? It can be observed that the actor has been lurking around on some Kapuso programs these past weeks.
Martin first rose to fame during the fourth season of GMA Network’s “Starstruck” back in 2007. However, he is now a contract star of TV5’s talent agency Talent5. In his new network, Martin already starred in the drama series “Babaeng Hampaslupa,” and TV5’s first online sitcom “Tanods.”
Meanwhile, Martin was seen guesting on a previous episode of Kapuso sitcom “Pepito Manaloto: Ang Tunay na Kwento.”
The 27-year-old actor also dropped by on an episode of Kapuso talkshow “Mars” and noontime show “Eat Bulaga.”
Could these be hints of a possible Kapuso comeback?
In an interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Martin explained these appearances on the other network. He also revealed that he’s indeed thinking of a network transfer once his TV5 contract ends.
“Meron nang mga plano, pero naghihintay pa lang ng timing.
Kasi kung freelance naman ako sa TV5, kung sino ang mag-offer sa akin, tatanggapin ko.
“Tingnan natin kung kakailanganin ako ng ibang istasyon, e, di gagawin natin.”
Martin was notable for his past soaps such as “Impostora (2007)”, “Pasan Ko Ang Daigdig (2007)”, “Ako Si Kim Sam Soon (2008)”, and “Gagambino (2009).”
