Heart wrote, “One year has passed. Here I am thinking you’re just abroad, that one day the phone will just ring and we’ll talk for hours about anything and everything under the sun. How I wish that was true. 💔 But, your unconditional love and wisdom inspire and help me go through each day. Tita M, you will always be my “Queen of Hearts.”

Senator Miriam Defensor santiago died last September 29, 2016 due to lung cancer.
