Lead star Kris Bernal and the show’s staff were all happy with the good news
Kapuso hit afternoon soap “Impostora” will now air until 2018 with more ‘unique’ scenes unlike those shown in typical extended series according to the show’s director Albert Langitan.
It was also reported that the series may extend even longer if it continues to succeed in gaining spiking ratings.
The cast of “Impostora” are rejoicing from the good announcement delivered last Monday, Sept. 3 by the GMA Network management.
Director Langitan and the show’s writers also promised viewers to showcase more authentic scenes to further flesh out the story. They also said that these will be executed carefully to adhere to rules set by the MTRCB in order to avoid another controversy.
Ayoko nang ma-MTRCB,” said Kris.
As preparation for their extension, the show’s cast and crew are now working double-time to create new episodes. Tapings are now prolonged to four times a week rather than the usual three.
