Kris Bernal’s show recently got extended
“Impostora,” starred by Kapuso actress Kris Bernal, gained positive numbers in TV ratings. The show is getting closer to the much-watched “Ika-6 Na Utos” of Sunshine Dizon and Ryza Cenon, which share the Afternoon block.
After its successful few months, the cast and staff are happy to announce that their efforts are paying off. It’s recently reported that Kris’ series will be extended for another season.
It can be recalled that “Impostora” began earlier in July. The audience easily loved the plot and portrayal of the characters, especially the lead star, who admitted in a previous interview that she was challenged by her daring role here.
In 2007, a past version of “Impostora” already aired starring then Kapuso actress Iza Calzado and Sunshine Dizon.
Meanwhile, Kris expressed her support for the upcoming K-Drama-inspired GMA Network’s teleserye “My Korean Jagiya” on her social media account.
Kris revealed that she’s actually a fan of Heart Evangelista, “I’ve been a fan of @iamhearte since the beginning. She’s one of those actresses that knows her crown isn’t on her head but in her soul. Congratulations Hearty! I’ll support you all the way! Fighting! (P.S. Thank you for being incredibly kind to me!)”
This was noticed and appreciated by leading lady Heart Evangelista, “Awww!!! Thank you Kris.”
