Nadine’s fans found the player’s post an offending remark to their idol
One of De Lasalle University ‘Green Archers’ players, Prince Rivero, sent out tweets addressing the fans of “It’s Showtime” host and Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre.
They were raged by his previous post because of the caption they found “offending” Nadine.
Last week, Prince uploaded a photo of him and his mother with the words: “Better than my photo with Nadine.” This triggered the fans and lead them to bash the DLSU player.
He immediately deleted that photo and apologized to Nadine’s supporters. According to Prince, his photo was just an appreciation post for his mother and was not intended to attack Nadine in any way.
Prince admitted that he used the “wrong choice of words.”
“Nag ka mali po ako ng caption before. I’m sorry for that po. I just love my mom so much. 😘”
“Just wanna say Sorry to Ms. Nadine and sorry also to her fans”
Nadine didn’t react to any of this.
However, her fans and the ‘JaDines’ attacked Prince and tagged him ‘disrespectful’ of women because of his post. They also advised that Prince better be cautious the next time he uses Nadine’s name.
