Looks like the streak of good luck has just ended for “La Luna Sangre” star, Richard Guttierez.
After receiving a warm welcome from the Kapamilya network to his engagement with Sarah Lahbati, the actor is now facing a ₱38.57M Tax Evasion case with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
The Kapamilya actor was accompanied by his mother Anabelle Rama and lawyer to take care of the pending cases. According to BIR’s representative, the figures on Richard’s 2012 tax filing as well as the receiving signatures were falsified.
The actor did not give out any concrete statement but his lawyer firmly stated that they will be answering all the allegations in full confidence.
