- Jericho Rosales was reported booted out as the leading man of Jennylyn Mercado in the upcoming movie entry for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival
- “Almost Is Not Enough”, directed by Dan Villegas, the same director of Jericho and Jennylyn’s previous film “Walang Forever,” is supposed to be the two’s reunion movie.
Kapamilya actor Jericho Rosales will no longer play the leading man of Kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado in their supposed film reunion after 2015’s “Walang Forever” in this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival.
“Almost Is Not Enough” is going to be directed by Dan Villegas under Quantum & MJM Films. Dan is currently busy with his morning series “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin” and a stage musical for Cinema One Originals.
Jennylyn already finished taping for the finale of Korean-adapted series “My Love From The Star” and is very much ready and available for the MMFF entry.
Reports said, the production is eyeing Derek Ramsay as a replacement. Derek and Jennylyn already teamed up in the blockbuster 2014 MMFF entry “English Only Please.”
Echo is now filming a project with Erich Gonzales.
