38-year-old veteran actress Claudine Barretto was recently seen shopping inside a grocery store by a group who chose to be anonymous.
The Philippine Star reported that the group shared the photos first-hand to their publication.
The group said that Claudine was wearing no make-up and yet she looked gorgeous as ever. However, they couldn’t help but comment on her current size.
It’s obvious that the actress indeed gained weight over the years.
“Bakit niya pinabayaan ang sarili niya na lumaki nang ganu’n? Grabe, halos wala na siyang leeg! Saka ang katawan niya, parang tatlong doble ni Gretchen!
“Sayang naman, ang ganda-ganda pa rin kasi niya, pero kung ganu’n naman siya kataba, e, ano ang mangyayari sa kanya?” said the group.
As a suggestion, they advised Claudine to go to the gym to improve her body’s condition. Her beauty remains undoubtedly timeless but they all agreed that she should also manage her weight.
“Walang nagbago sa face niya, ang ganda-ganda pa rin niya, natural ang ganda niya. Kaya lang, kailangan niya talagang magsakripisyo. Magpapayat siya.
“Mag-gym siya, mag-diet.”
Claudine has been in the showbiz industry for decades now. She’s the face behind the iconic mermaid series “Marina” and other notable drama series under ABS-CBN.
Her last TV appearance was in TV5’s “Bakit Manipis ang Ulap?” before she left the business.
