It’s been a rough week for the Philippines. On Thursday night alone, 32 people who were suspected to be drug dealers were killed in Manila.
Among those who were killed was Kian Lloyd Delos Santos, a 17-year-old student from Caloocan.
According to the victim’s father, Kian was tasked to close their sari-sari store when the incident happened.
While the police report claimed that Kian was armed and was the first to shoot, the CCTV footage and witnesses reveal different stories. The CCTV footage showed two civilians dragging Kian towards the are where his body was later found.
Whereas, witnesses claimed that the teenager was unarmed and merely framed by the civilians who turn out to be policemen.
