Bianca’s social media posts regarding the current administration’s policies sparked an online buzz
34-year-old TV personality Bianca Gonzalez expressed her disappointment over some social media users who accused her of being ‘anti’ of President Rodrigo Duterte’s policies due to her posts showing her political views.
Bianca defended herself from the allegations, arguing that she’s just being vocal on her perspective on justice. She’s notably one of the local celebrities that condemned the death of latest drug war victim, 17-year-old Kian Loyd delos Santos.
Last August 25, the host received an intriguing questions backfiring her sympathetic post about Kian. One Twitter user asked her why she’s being tight-lipped about the victims of drug addicts and the past tragedy involving 44 members of the Special Action Force (SAF) in the Mamasapano Clash.
Bianca denied that she was quiet about the SAF44 issue. According to her tweet, “I was EXTREMELY vocal about SAF44. Maguindanao massacre. Kidapawan farmers. And more.”
In addition, Bianca advised netizens to always be mindful of their words thrown at people, like her. She also said that she is saddened by the notion that justice seekers get tagged as anti-Duterte instantly.
“And its sad that any observation posted, they equate to being anti-PRRD. Kahit hindi naman,” she stated.
At the end of the day, Bianca suggested that we all should keep an open-mind.
