Earlier this week, the “I Heart Davao” star Benjamin Alves shared the good news of his new movie project with Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina.
On an Instagram post last Tuesday, the 28-year-old actor expressed his excitement towards this opportunity.
He wrote, “I’m excited to be partnered up with @maxine_medina soon on the big screen! Expect lots of surprises from this talented lady.”
Benjamin playfully requested that the beauty queen remove her heels because she’s already 5’8″ high without them. In this way, he would appear a bit taller than Maxine.
“Just please don’t wear heels! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!”
OctoArts Films’ “The Haunted” will also star Daniel Matsunaga and Enrico Cuenca.
This would be Maxine’s first big break in showbiz industry after her Miss Universe stint.
Both Maxine and Benjamin are being managed by Jonas Gaffud.
