Aljur Abrenica, who has been with GMA Network for more than a decade, will first appear in ABS-CBN’s top-rating drama series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” starring Coco Martin.
According to an Instagram post by Dreamscape Entertainment AdProm Manager Eric John Salut, he will portray the role of Miguel. “Siya si Miguel. Abangan si @ajabrenica sa FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano! Malapit na! #FPJAP100”
“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” serves as Aljur’s first ABS-CBN project after his contract with GMA Artist Center expired earlier this year. The Kapuso network has been his home since he joined the talent search “Starstruck” in 2006. Speculations swirled that Abrenica was transferring to the Kapamilya network after he was spotted inside ABS-CBN on several occasions.
In 2016, his younger brother Vin Abrenica also joined the same network. His former love team Louise delos Reyes is also part of “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.”
