There have been issues that’s been spreading like wildfire about Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and her boyfriend, race car driver-model Marlon Stockinger. People said that the two seemed to have headed to splitsville.
There have been speculations that they have broken up after netizens had noticed that they have unfollowed each other on Instagram.
On “TV Patrol” last Thursday night, Marlon cleared the issue. “People just talk about it. But it’s all just that, talk. They’re simply ‘tsismis,” said Marlon during the interview.
According to Marlon, they have agreed that they will be keeping their relationship private. He said that they both realized that it’s best to set a certain parameter when it comes to dealing with their relationship. He continued: “You know, there are things that we both had to deal behind two doors. Things we don’t need to share with everyone else.”
Marlon also emphasized that not because they’d want to be more private this time with their relationship means he’s loving Pia a little less. He assured everyone that things haven’t really changed between them.
He said they have decided to keep their relationship low key. Their relationship even became better because of it. Unlike before, things had been magnified because they’ve always been so open. Now, Marlon says he appreciates the fact that he gets to deal with her and spends more quality time with her sans the public’s spying eyes. He also says that he appreciates Pia and those alone moments they’ve had together. He thanks Pia for being very supportive of him.
On his reasons why they had unfollowed each other on Instagram, “We are following each other and there’s no issue. ” He further explained that unfollowing each other was more of a test on how people would react about it.
But rest assured, Marlon says, everything’s going well between him and his Queen.
