- Rising love team Janella Salvador and Elmo Magalona confirmed they’re no longer part of the upcoming series “Kung Kailangan Mo Ako”
- They shared with the press the reasons why they got pulled out
During the bloggers’ conference of their new movie project, “Bloody Crayons”, famous tandem Elmo Magalona and Janella Salvador (ElNella) shares why they got pulled out from an upcoming soap with Joshua Garcia and McLisse.
“Kung Kailangan Mo Ako” is under the production of ABS-CBN and Dreamscape. The two were released from its cast due to reports that the show got a revamp.
“Since nung last draft nung show, maraming nabago. Ang nangyari nagbago ng cast. Sabi kasi hindi na kami magiging part nun,” Elmo said.
Janella also explained that, “‘Yung roles namin supposedly ibang iba na from when it started. I don’t think it would benefit the show or even kami kung itutuloy pa namin.”
Nevertheless, ElNella remains grateful for what they currently have, which is the suspense-thriller movie that will soon grace the big screens nationwide. Along with them are young stars Jane Oineza, Maris Racal, Yves Flores, Sofia Andres, Diego Loyzaga, Empoy Marquez, and Ronnie Alonte.
Janella stays humble and hopeful with her career path.
“May sinabi pa before na kapag nawala sa ‘yo ang opportunity, it’s a good opportunity for someone else,” she said.
As for Elmo, they should just wait for the right time.
“We don’t really know kung ginawa ba namin magiging maganda ba siya for us. So yung susunod definitely yun ang mapupunta samin,” he said.
“Bloody Crayons” premieres July 12.
